If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item(s) needs to be sent in original conditions. When an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. you won't be able to refund you.

Where to send the item in case of return?
Please note that when you will notify us that you would like to return your items at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will provide you with the shipping details via the reply email.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We always recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When we will refund you?
