There may be several reasons why your order has failed. How quickly the money is in your account depends on the reason for your failed order and your payment method. We always refund you with the same payment method you used to place the order.
It is important for us that you like the items you bought on our website. You CAN always return the item within 14 days after receiving it. To initiate the return process, please email us through our contact page and our staff will contact you within no time to start the process. Your satisfaction is our priority.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM AFTER I RECEIVED IT?
Unfortunately, all our items can be returned but not exchanged. in case you would like to exchange your item. please return the item and order the new one.
- WHERE SHOULD I SEND THE ITEM WHEN I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT
Usually the return address is written on the package label. However, please email us at email@example.com to initiate the return process. We will notify you with the address that you need to send the package to.
- WHO WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING PRICE?

- MY RETURN IS APPROVED. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
After your return is approved, we will refund you within 3 - 5 days. this depends on the payment method you used to place the order and the speed of this method. - WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE ORDERED AN ITEM SEVERAL TIMES BY MISTAKE?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel and then order the correct one. If your order has been shipped, you can return or refuse to receive it at the door.
- WHAT IS A TRACKING CODE?
The tracking code is the code that will be attached with your package while it is being shipped. you will receive it via email at the moment our system ships the item. Past this code in our " Track my order" page and you will be able to follow your order all the time until you receive it at your front door.
- I CANNOT FIND MY ORDER WITH "TRACK MY ORDER" PAGE. WHY?
This means you clicked faster that the shipping companies process :). You need to keep in mind that the code is available from the following day.
